The end is almost insight as far as the renovation of MESA MORAIRA is concerned. Our contractor Trosset insists that by the end of this week the restaurant will be completed. Almost day and night they have been working nail hard to get all kinds of things done. The kitchen is being installed today and made ready to start. The outside walls have been plastered and will be painted this week. This coming weekend the furnishings will be put down and we can begin finishing furnishings.
From July 1, the kitchen brigade will prepare 3 days so that we can test run from July 4. During 4 days we will receive an average of 16 guests who will critically watch and experience what we have taught our staff during 2 weeks of training. After the dinner we ask them to give feedback on a few questions. So that with this feedback we can add the final touches. On July 8 we want to start full and hope to add a successful new concept in Moraria. This also means that starting next week we will set up our reservations to welcome you.
